She is certified in Tong Ren Therapy from the Oriental Cultural Institute and has worked closely with her mentor Boston based acupuncturist Tom Tam since September 2001.

Aimee has been developing a specialty in alternative Cancer Care and Women’s Health since 2001.  Aimee continues to study Acupuncture, Science, Tui Na, Tai Chi, Chi Gong healing modalities and French. She regularly offers distance healing sessions to patients around the world. This is a no touch mind/body healing modality that can address health concerns and diagnosis of any type. She uses anatomy & physiology and science to lay the blue print for a system that addresses the patient’s healing needs.

Since June 2007 Aimee has offered Tui Na training courses to her patients, family members of patients and professionals to empower them to use this hands on technique of healing. These are weekend courses focusing on the practical application the Tam Healing System through the use of Tui Na massage. Aimee currently works at the Collective Healing Center in Stoneham, MA.

Besides practicing as an acupuncturist and energy healer, Aimee is a founding board member of OCI Healing Research foundation, Inc. a Non-profit organization for the education, research and promotion of Tong Ren Healing by the Oriental Cultural Institute. Privately editing the writings of her mentor and well-known acupuncturist Tom Tam is another exercise that keeps her abreast on the most current clinic based research and modern information in this field. She is also inspired to continue her education by researching and writing articles on various diseases as she approaches them in her practice.

Her experiences with patients in the field of complementary oncological medicine led her to the Radical Remission Project (RRP), and the work of Dr. Kelly Turner. To continue important conversations regarding wellness and lifestyle, she became a RRP workshop facilitator in the autumn of 2019.  She enjoys giving this workshop as it engages participants in Applying the 9 Healing Factors into Your Own Life.   This workshop is appropriate for anyone who wants to prevent or heal cancer and other major illness.

Aimee lived in Italy where she developed a fluency in Italian and from her studies has a proficiency in French. She has always had an interest in languages, culture and medicine. She is married to Noel Poirier, an acupuncturist, engineer, scientist and father.  They have two children and work together at the Collective Healing Center.  She enjoys continuing to connect with her patients, and her professional focus: healing and teaching others about healing worldwide.
